Zurich Financial Services is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Brand team in Australia, reporting to the Brand Lead. The role blends hands-on creativity with AI innovation to scale design across customer and employee touchpoints.

You will train, refine and govern AI agents, build reusable assets and design systems, and collaborate across Marketing, Product, Legal and Technology to deliver high-quality brand experiences.

Formación

• 3–4 years' graphic design experience, ideally in-house or agency-side, and a relevant qualification.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and Canva.
• Practical AI creative tool experience and curiosity to explore.
• Experience developing scalable prompts, templates and reusable assets.
• Design systems and asset library experience, with brand governance knowledge.
• Strong organisation, brief management and workflow improvement skills.
• Attention to detail and understanding of regulated environments.
• Clear communication and collaboration across Brand, Marketing, Product and Comms.
