Zurich Insurance Australia in North Sydney is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to bring brand stories to life across customer and employee touchpoints. You will blend hands-on creativity with AI-enabled workflows, building reusable assets, design systems, and templates that scale across the business.

Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Digital, Product and Compliance teams to balance briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced studio.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally in-house or agency-side.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and Canva.
• Experience with AI creative tools and reusable asset development.

Responsabilidades

• Create standout design across brand touchpoints and campaigns.
• Develop scalable prompts, templates, and reusable assets for AI workflows.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Content and Product teams to meet deadlines.

You’ll bring Zurich and our other brands to life across customer and employee touchpoints, while training, refining and governing AI agents. Build reusable assets, smart templates, design systems and workflows that translate brand guidelines into machine-ready rules - helping teams create at speed, with quality and brand integrity.

Collaborating across marketing, content, social, digital, product, legal, risk and technology, you’ll balance multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced, structured creative environment.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

• 3-4 years' graphic design experience, ideally in-house or agency-side, and a relevant qualification.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and Canva.
• Practical AI creative tool experience and curiosity to explore.
• Experience developing scalable prompts, templates and reusable assets.
• Design systems and asset library experience, with brand governance knowledge.
• Strong organisation, brief management and workflow improvement skills.
• Attention to detail and understanding of regulated environments.
• Clear communication and collaboration across Brand, Marketing, Product and Comms.
