Job summary

Zurich Insurance in Australia is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to blend hands-on creativity with AI innovation, helping scale design across customer and employee touchpoints. The role reports to the Brand Lead and focuses on building reusable assets, templates, design systems, and governance to maintain brand integrity.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Content, Digital, Product, Legal, Risk and Technology to balance briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced, structured creative environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' graphic design experience, ideally in-house or agency-side, and a relevant qualification.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and Canva.
• Practical AI creative tool experience and curiosity to explore.
• Experience developing scalable prompts, templates and reusable assets.
• Design systems and asset library experience, with brand governance knowledge.
• Strong organisation, brief management and workflow improvement skills.
• Attention to detail and understanding of regulated environments.
• Clear communication and collaboration across Brand, Marketing, Product and Comms.
