Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Graphic Design Leader to elevate tender responses and client presentations across Australia. You will transform complex ideas into compelling visuals and typography that align with brand guidelines and win strategies.

In this role you will design templates for proposals, collaborate with Bid Managers, build a central asset library, mentor an offshore designer, and drive continuous improvement to keep our communications market leading.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a graphic design role, ideally within the professional services arena is essential.
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative suite of applications including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to think creatively to produce innovative ideas and concepts.
• Exceptional creative flair and design knowledge.
• Able to interpret concepts and content into graphics in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in all areas design.
• Ability to adhere to a brief and reflect the look and feel of the brand.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Confident in interacting professionally with all levels within the business, and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Driven individual, with a ‘can do’ attitude and plenty of initiative.
• A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or related discipline preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Designing visually compelling templates and layouts for proposals and presentations, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborating with Bid Managers and subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful graphics and typography.
• Preparing high-quality print and digital materials, liaising with project leads and print vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Building and maintaining a centralised library of graphic assets to streamline future submissions.
• Driving continuous improvement in our design approach to ensure our proposals are market leading.
• Lead and mentor our offshore designer, providing creative direction and ensuring all work meets required quality standards.
