Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Australia is seeking a Graphic Design Leader to elevate tender responses and client presentations with visual storytelling, typography and brand-aligned design. You will lead design for proposals and presentations across the national team.

You will mentor an offshore designer, build a centralized assets library, and drive continuous design improvements to keep our submissions market-leading. Hybrid work is available, and a strong portfolio is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design, ideally within professional services.
• Proficient in Adobe CC including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to translate concepts into clear graphics in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling templates and layouts for proposals and presentations aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Bid Managers and subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into graphics.
• Prepare high-quality print and digital materials with quality control across vendors.
• Build and maintain a centralised library of graphic assets to streamline submissions.
• Drive continuous improvement in our design approach to keep proposals market leading.
