Job summary

LEAP Legal Software is seeking a mid-weight Visual Designer for Practice Areas in Australia. Based in Sydney with a hybrid working model, you will shape the visual identity for each Practice Area vertical and align it with the LEAP master brand.

You'll translate complex software concepts into compelling visuals for landing pages, campaigns, brochures and events, collaborating closely with Marketing and product teams. A strong portfolio and 5+ years' design experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS or tech.
• Strong portfolio across digital, print and motion assets.
• Proficient in Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to experiment with new tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual identity for LEAP's Practice Area verticals in AU.
• Create logos, colours, shapes, imagery and language for each practice area.
• Develop assets for landing pages, campaigns, brochures and events.
