Job summary

The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action seeks a Program Delivery Support Officer to administer forestry and fibre industry grant programs in a flexible Victoria location. You will manage grants, support data collection, engage stakeholders and help deliver reporting to support program decisions.

Reporting to the Manager, Workforce and Landholder Program Delivery, you will use GEMS and CRM systems and Power BI to develop dashboards and track program performance.

Qualifications

High-level experience in grant program administration and delivery (applicant case management, contracting, monitoring, payments, acquittal and records management).
Proficient in using database/CRM systems to maintain records, manage workflows and support reporting (GEMS and others).
Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI) to develop dashboards and present insights for monitoring and decision-making.
Understanding of workforce, business and community transition responses and plantation programs and their objectives.

Responsibilities

Administer grant programs and provide applicant case management.
Engage with stakeholders and maintain accurate program records.
Support data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.
