Job summary

Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action seeks a Program Delivery Support Officer to support grant administration, stakeholder engagement and data reporting. You will manage applicant cases, maintain records in GEMS and related systems, and help prepare dashboards and reports using Power BI to inform decision making.

Qualifications

• High-level applied experience in grant program administration and delivery, including applicant case management, assessment, contracting, monitoring, payments, acquittal and records management.
• Well-developed proficiency in GEMS and CRM systems to maintain records, manage workflows and support reporting.
• Experience using reporting and data visualisation tools (Power BI) to develop dashboards and present insights for monitoring and decision‑making.
• Understanding of workforce, business and community transition and plantation programs.
