Scope is recruiting for a Scheduler to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. The role involves rostering staff, filling shifts and responding to changes to keep services running smoothly across Victoria and NSW.

Qualifications

• Experience with rostering staff and shift planning.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and coordinate teams.
• Organised, flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Frontline Leadership and other stakeholders to deploy workforces across service areas.
• Support leave planning and efficient shift filling while meeting compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve how the workforce is mobilised for safe, quality services.
