Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP in Sydney invites graduates to join our February 2027 intake and start a career in corporate immigration law. Under supervision, you will own a caseload, proactively manage workflows, and have direct client contact.

You will help prepare and file visa applications, draft legal documents and correspondence, and liaise with clients daily. The team is fast-paced, supportive, and committed to your learning and development.

Qualifications

• Recent law graduate and eligibility to be admitted or recently admitted to legal practice.
• Interest in Immigration or Administrative law is preferred.
• Excellent communication and client service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload under supervision and manage client workflows.
• Prepare and file visa applications meeting legal requirements.
• Draft legal documents and client correspondence.
• Assist in client interviews and conduct legal research.
