Job summary

Fragomen is seeking a Graduate to start in February 2027 in Sydney. You will receive comprehensive training and, under supervision, take ownership of a caseload, handling visa applications, drafting documents, and communicating with clients.

You’ll work closely with immigration lawyers in a supportive team and gain exposure to a fast-paced practice. The ideal candidate is a recent law graduate or newly admitted, with interest in immigration or administrative law and strong written and oral

Qualifications

• Recent law graduate or admitted to practice.
• Interest in immigration or administrative law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload under supervision and proactively manage workflows with direct client contact.
• Assist in preparing and filing visa applications to meet legal requirements.
• Draft legal documents and client correspondence.
• Liaise with clients and assist in client interviews.
• Conduct legal research to support filings and strategy.
• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
