You will receive comprehensive training, work under supervision on a caseload, and engage directly with clients to advance visa applications.

Qualifications

• Recent law graduate or about to be admitted to practice.
• Interest in Immigration or Administrative law preferred.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, own a caseload and proactively manage workflows with direct client contact.
• Prepare and file visa applications that meet legal requirements.
• Draft legal documents and client correspondence.
• Liaise with clients, assist in client interviews and conduct legal research.
