Fragomen in Sydney invites graduates to join our February 2027 intake, launching your immigration law career with hands-on training and a supervised caseload. You will prepare and file visa applications, draft documents, and communicate with clients daily.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside experienced lawyers, supported by admin staff, with a strong focus on learning and professional development through CPD programs and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Recent law graduate or admitted to legal practice.
• Interest in Immigration or Administrative law preferred.
• Strong communication and client service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload under supervision and manage workflows with direct client contact.
• Help prepare and file visa applications meeting legal requirements.
• Draft legal documents and client correspondence; liaise with clients daily.
• Assist in client interviews and conduct legal research.
