Fragomen is inviting graduates to join their February 2027 Graduate Intake in Sydney to begin a career in corporate immigration law. You will receive comprehensive training, handle a caseload under supervision, and collaborate with a team of immigration lawyers to prepare and file visa applications while drafting documents and maintaining client communications.

Qualifications

• Quick learner with strong communication skills.
• Proven focus on client service and solving client challenges.
• Process oriented with high attention to detail and time management.
• Comfort with using various systems and technology.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Interest in Immigration or Administrative law is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Under supervision, manage a caseload and client interactions.
• Help prepare and file visa applications meeting legal requirements.
• Draft legal documents and client correspondence.
• Liaise with clients and assist in client interviews.
• Support learning and development through mentoring and CPD programs.
