Job summary

Fragomen in Perth is launching a Graduate Intake for February 2027 to kickstart a career in corporate immigration law. You will receive comprehensive training and manage a caseload under supervision, working closely with a team of immigration lawyers in a collaborative setting.

The role includes preparing and filing visa applications, drafting documents, liaising with clients, assisting in interviews, and performing legal research, supported by administrative staff.

Qualifications

Recent law graduate, about to be admitted, or recently admitted to legal practice.
Interest in Immigration or Administrative law preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own a caseload under supervision and proactively manage workflows with direct client contact.
Help prepare and file visa applications meeting legal requirements.
Draft legal documents and client correspondence.
Liaise with clients and assist in client interviews.
Conduct legal research in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
