Job summary

IBM Consulting Australia is seeking a Graduate/Associate Experience Consultant to join the Product & Experience Practice. You will help design for AI, synthesize insights from research, and develop artefacts such as personas and service blueprints.

You will work with cross-functional teams on transformation programs and leverage IBM tools to prototype and test ideas. The role emphasizes curiosity, collaboration, and a mindset that blends design and strategy to deliver measurable business value

Qualifications

Experience or qualifications in business management, engineering or design.
Curiosity about artificial intelligence and its impact on work and society.
Keen to collaborate with business, technology and design colleagues on transformation.

Responsibilities

Design for AI using IBM design principles and AI-enabled workflows.
Develop insights from qualitative and quantitative research.
Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders around new operating models.
Create artefacts such as personas, service blueprints and user journeys.
Prototype front-end experiences and AI-assisted artefacts using IBM tools and Figma.
