Job summary

IBM Consulting offers an Associate Program for university hires in Australia. You will join the Product & Experience Practice within Strategy & Transformation, working on AI-powered experiences and human-centered design.

You’ll collaborate with strategists and technologists to deliver measurable business value for clients worldwide. You’ll build personas and service blueprints, develop user journeys, and prototype front-end experiences while leveraging IBM tools and design methods.

Qualifications

• Australian Citizen
• Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights
• Powerful communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply
• Ability to apply logic to solve ambiguous problems and deliver creative and well-structured solutions
• A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view

Responsibilities

• Design for AI using IBM Enterprise Design Thinking and AI principles
• Familiarise with service design to re-imagine human/agentic workflows
• Develop insights from qualitative user research through observation and interview
• Draw and communicate insights from quantitative research
• Support Change Management and Experience Led Adoption of new technology
• Develop artefacts such as Personas, Service Blueprints, User Journeys
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders around new ways of working
• Design front-end user experiences and interactions
• Root methods in Ethical AI
• Support senior strategists in designing operating models for transformation
