Betashares is launching its 2027 Graduate Programme in Sydney for graduates seeking meaningful work at the intersection of technology, investment and financial services. Over 24 months, you will rotate across Digital Technology, Direct Operations, ETF Operations and Portfolio Management to gain practical experience and drive real projects.

• Demonstrated ability to build a technical solution and write code in at least one general-purpose language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Curiosity about AI, automation and emerging tech, and willingness to apply tools to improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Gain hands-on experience across technology, operations and investment teams to understand Betashares' products and processes.
• Contribute to software, data and digital projects that support business priorities and efficiency.
