Job summary

Alliance Automation in Brisbane is seeking a Graduate Engineer (Electrical) to learn and contribute across real engineering projects. You will work with experienced engineers, gain hands-on exposure to industrial electrical systems, and support design, testing and commissioning activities.

The program focuses on building foundational skills in electrical engineering, safety, documentation and project delivery while offering formal development opportunities and a clear career pathway.

Qualifications

• Recently completed, or nearing completion of a degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Demonstrates genuine interest in electrical engineering and technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and travel to project/client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and development of electrical engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers on drawings, specifications and documentation.
• Gain exposure to industrial electrical systems, power distribution, motor control and switchboards.
• Participate in testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
• Support engineering reviews, workshops and project meetings.
