Symbio invites graduates to join our Customer Experience (CX) team as a Graduate CX Coordinator in Sydney. You’ll launch your career by collecting and analyzing CX data, shaping customer outcomes, and supporting initiatives across the wholesale division.

The role offers mentoring, structured development, and exposure to impactful projects. You’ll work in a collaborative environment, gain hands-on experience, and be part of a program designed to accelerate growth in customer insights and service

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Product Design, Service Design, User Experience, Business, Communications or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and interpret customer feedback and CX data to identify trends, opportunities and insights.
• Assist in enhancing and improving our brand, reputation, products, services and operational support.
• Contribute to initiatives that help achieve business goals and customer experience KPIs.
• Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across the Symbio business.
• Support special projects that drive improvements and deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers.
• Assist with customer research activities, surveys and feedback programs.
• Follow a structured development pathway with mentoring and professional development opportunities.
• Participate in graduate program workshops, networking opportunities and development sessions.
