Symbio, part of the Aussie Broadband Group, seeks a Graduate Customer Experience (CX) Coordinator to join the team in Sydney on a hybrid basis. You will gather and analyse CX feedback, support brand and product improvements, and help achieve customer experience KPIs.

This is a structured development path with mentoring and graduate program workshops. You will work across the Symbio Wholesale Division, collaborating with stakeholders, and gain hands-on experience in insights and service

Competenze

• Degree completed within the last two years.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to CX or customer research is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Gather, analyse and interpret customer feedback and CX data.
