Job summary

Cars24 Australia invites graduates to join a structured Graduate Program in CX and Relationship Management. You will start in operations, preparing cars, coordinating with workshop and logistics, and then move to managing customer relationships through payments, contracts and add-on products.

You will rotate across teams, earning incentives for conversions and developing a clear pathway into sales, operations or CX leadership.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or diploma holder; less than 1 year left preferred.
• Strong numerical and data-driven ability.
• Process-driven, organized with payments, documents and commitments.

Responsibilities

• Own each customer's journey from reservation to handover with timely updates.
• Guide customers through payments, finance requirements, contracts and documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Workshop, Registration and Logistics to keep deals on track.
• Prepare vehicles and paperwork for delivery and handover.
• Recommend warranty and protection products where suitable.
• Track milestones, turnaround times and conversion to identify improvements.
