Job summary

Rockhampton Regional Council is seeking an Administration Officer to join the Planning and Regulatory Support Services team at the Animal Management Centre in Gracemere. You will be the first point of contact for customers and provide high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Based at Gracemere, you will liaise with owners of impounded animals and welfare agencies, process paperwork, record information in Pathway modules, calculate fees and process payments, and

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced administrative environments.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to provide high-level customer service to stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Criminal History Check required – Australia Wide Name Only Police Check.

Responsibilities
