Qualifications

• Experience working within a statutory authority, regulator or public sector service delivery environment.
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act or similar legislative frameworks.
• Experience managing digital service delivery, business systems or technology-enabled transformation.
• Understanding of debt management, recovery functions or financial administration processes.

Responsabilités

• The Manager, Portable Rental Bonds Scheme is responsible for the stewardship, governance and continuous improvement of the PRBS.
• The position provides a single point of accountability for ensuring the scheme delivers its intended policy outcomes while maintaining governance, legislative compliance, financial integrity and operational performance.
• As business owner of the scheme, the role is accountable for scheme oversight, risk management, operational policy, debt recovery governance and working with the Product Division on the ongoing enhancement of PRBS functionality within the RTBA Bond Management System.
