• Set the direction and lift performance: lead a customer-facing function, translating priorities into clear operational plans, service standards and accountabilities.
• Oversee bond lodgements, transactions, administration and tenancy information and advice, ensuring services are timely and accessible with effective controls and consistent application of legislation and procedures.
