Reporting to the Associate Director, Finance and Bonds, you’ll guide senior leaders, maintain compliance with legislation, and foster trusted relationships

Responsibilities

• Set the direction and lift performance: Lead a customer-facing function, translating priorities into clear operational plans, service standards and accountabilities. Build team capability and align resources with demand to sustain high-quality service delivery.
• Uphold service excellence and regulatory integrity: Oversee bond lodgements, transactions, administration and tenancy information and advice, ensuring services are timely and accessible with effective controls and consistent application of legislation and procedures.
• Navigate complex issues and manage risk: Provide advice on sensitive, complex and higher risk matters to senior leaders and external agencies that help resolve issues, manage risks and provide recommendations for decision making and exercising delegated authority within approved limits.
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships and customer outcomes: Develop trusted relationships across CBS and with tenants, landlords, agents, government agencies, industry and advocacy groups and other stakeholders.
• Drive improvement and service innovation: Use performance data, customer feedback and operational trends to identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and service practices.
