Paxus Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Governance Coordinator to support a long-term ICT services environment within the Australian Government.

This hands-on role focuses on keeping governance activities, reporting, actions, risks, documentation and stakeholder inputs organized and moving. You will work closely with technical teams, service providers and Commonwealth stakeholders to ensure information is current, actions are followed through and emerging issues are visible.

Formación

• Governance or project coordination experience.
• PMO or project support experience.
• Risk, issue and action management.
• Reporting and briefing preparation.
• Meeting coordination and secretariat support.
• Document and knowledge management.
• Stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in Commonwealth/Defence or highly governed environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inputs for monthly service and governance reporting.
• Maintain action, risk, issue and dependency registers.
• Track agreed actions and follow up outstanding items.
• Prepare agendas, meeting papers, minutes and action records.
• Coordinate information across technical teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain governance documentation and key service artefacts.
• Identify reporting gaps, overdue actions and emerging issues.
• Support recurring governance and service management forums.
• Assist with continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain visibility of activities, risks, dependencies and priorities.
