Job summary

Paxus is seeking an IT Governance professional in Australia to coordinate governance committees, policy and compliance activities, executive reporting and stakeholder engagement processes. The role involves secretarial support to the CIO, research and analysis for executive communications, and timely review of IT governance documents.

Candidates with experience in governance, IT risk, compliance or IT service management will be preferred.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating IT governance, committees and related operations.
Ability to research, analyse information and prepare executive communications.
Experience reviewing IT governance documents in a planned, organised and timely manner.
Experience supporting governance processes, committees or executive functions.
Ability to develop new policies and procedures and provide practical recommendations.
Knowledge of IT governance, risk, compliance, quality management, information security or ITSM practices.

Responsibilities

Provide secretarial support to CIO for IT governance, committees and branch operations.
Conduct research and analysis to prepare executive communications and reports.
Coordinate review of key IT governance documents in a planned, organised and timely manner.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes or ways of working in governance.
