Job summary

Paxus Australia Pty Ltd. in Perth is seeking an IT Governance & Policy Officer to coordinate governance committees, policy and compliance activities, and executive reporting.

You will engage stakeholders, support CIO secretarial tasks, and help develop and review IT governance documents, risk and compliance practices within a dynamic environment. This 6-month contract requires strong analytical skills, ability to research policy options, and experience improving business processes in IT

Qualifications

• Provides secretarial support to the CIO to manage IT governance, committees and branch operations.
• Conducts research and analysis to prepare executive communications and reports; and
• Coordinates review of key IT governance documents in a planned, organised and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT governance committees and policy reviews.
• Prepare executive reports and communications for senior stakeholders.
• Support governance processes and committees, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Research, analyse information and develop policies and procedures.
• Maintain and review governance documents; provide practical recommendations.
