Job summary

Focus Pest Management is seeking a reliable and motivated Pre-Construction Installer to join our growing team. This hands-on, field-based role will install termite management systems on new residential and commercial construction projects across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Ipswich regions.

Working with builders and site supervisors, you will contribute to protecting new structures while developing a long-term career with a supportive, expanding business.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, pest management or similar hands-on trade is desirable but not essential.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage your day.

Responsibilities

• Install termite management systems on new residential and commercial sites.
• Coordinate across construction stages to meet standards.
• Communicate site access needs with builders and supervisors.
• Complete accurate job documentation and records.
• Operate company vehicle and equipment safely.
• Maintain high workmanship and attention to detail.
• Follow WHS procedures at all times.
• Represent Focus Pest Management professionally on-site and with customers.

Full-Time | Gold Coast Based | Field-Based Role | Monday to Friday

Focus Pest Management is seeking a reliable and motivated Pre-Construction Installer to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for installing termite management systems in new residential and commercial construction projects across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Ipswich regions. Working closely with builders, site supervisors and our internal team, you will play an important role in protecting new structures while building a long-term career with a supportive and expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

Install termite management systems on new residential and commercial construction sites.

Work across various stages of construction projects to ensure installations meet required standards.

Communicate with builders, site supervisors and colleagues regarding site access and job requirements.

Complete job documentation and maintain accurate records.

Operate company vehicles and equipment in a safe and professional manner.

Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.

Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

Represent Focus Pest Management professionally on-site and with customers.

About You

Previous experience in construction, building, pest management, landscaping, trades or a similar hands-on industry is desirable but not essential.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively.

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Reliable, punctual and committed to producing quality work.

Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with builders and site personnel.

Current White Card (required).

Current manual driver's licence (required).
