Qualifikationen

• Experience in concierge or guest services in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of the Gold Coast area.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to guest requests.
• Ability to multi-task during busy periods.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Team player who brings energy and genuine care to every guest interaction.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth, offering local recommendations and insider knowledge of the Gold Coast.
• Arrange restaurant bookings, tours, transport, and tickets to local attractions and events.
• Manage luggage services, valet coordination, and other arrival and departure logistics.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolving issues or escalating where required to ensure a great outcome.
• Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and the wider Gold Coast area.
• Liaise with front office, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a well-presented concierge desk and lobby area at all times.
• Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and WHS guidelines at all times.
