Job summary

My Guardian is seeking a Senior Manager for Business Development and Partnerships to lead and expand our presence across NSW and Australia. You will build referral networks, manage strategic partnerships, and drive brand awareness in Aged Care and NDIS sectors.

The role emphasizes leadership of a national team, strategic growth initiatives, and close collaboration with operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BDM or sales teams.
• Background in Aged Care or Disability/NDIS.
• Understanding of SaH reforms and NDIS frameworks.
• Strong CRM experience.
• Willingness to undertake interstate travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of BDMs to achieve growth targets.
• Drive pipeline, KPI metrics and CRM accuracy.
• Manage high-value referral accounts and partnerships.
• Collaborate on growth campaigns with exec and marketing.
• Coordinate with NSW and interstate operations for smooth onboarding of new clients.
