People Equity is seeking a commercial growth leader who can identify high-value opportunities and shape partnerships across healthcare, retail, pharmacy, technology and consumer services. This role focuses on creating new revenue streams and strategic ventures rather than traditional strategy work.
You will originate and negotiate significant partnerships, work with M&A, finance and legal teams, and drive revenue, earnings and enterprise value for the organisation at scale.
What's in it for you?
This is a refreshing opportunity...as you're not joining a start-up searching for scale...you're starting with it.
Part of a major Australasian group, this substantial organisation operates at the intersection of healthcare, retail, pharmacy, technology and consumer services. Think major national footprint, established brands and channels, significant customer reach, rich healthcare relationships, digital and data capability - and the investment capacity to turn great opportunities into something meaningful.
The core business is established, successful and is continuously growing. Now comes the exciting part: leveraging that platform to create what's next.
New services. New markets. New partnerships. New business models. New revenue streams.
Reporting directly to the CEO and joining the Executive Leadership Team, you'll have the mandate to look beyond the traditional core business, identify where the organisation should play next - and then make it happen.
This is not a traditional strategy role. We're looking for a commercial growth leader and dealmaker - someone who can see an opportunity, determine its commercial viability, find the right partner and negotiate the deal over the line. You'll leverage the organisation's customers, channels, brands, data, digital capabilities and healthcare relationships to unlock entirely new avenues for growth.
Experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, pharmacy, diagnostics, medical services or health technology will be highly regarded. However, exceptional commercial growth leaders from consumer, retail, technology or other sophisticated service environments will also be considered.
