Job summary

Samsung Electronics Australia is seeking a Training Specialist to elevate capability, performance and customer experience across service networks nationwide.

You will plan, deliver and evaluate programs, partner with leaders, facilitate both virtual and in-person sessions, and translate insights into measurable improvements. This role is based onsite with Samsung Australia, supporting multiple channels and retail partners across the country.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, facilitation, learning and development or a similar people capability role.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience developing training materials and learning content that drive measurable results.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills with multi-priority scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver engaging training programs across customer service teams, contact centres, service partners and retail networks nationwide.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, develop training plans and learning solutions.
• Facilitate virtual and face-to-face sessions to ensure participants gain essential knowledge and skills.
• Analyse training results and feedback to measure effectiveness and drive continuous learning improvements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and support business initiatives, events and new store openings.
