Job summary

Brickworks seeks an experienced Operations Coordinator for its Import & Export team based in Horsley Park, NSW. You will coordinate cross-border orders and logistics across Australia, New Zealand and Asia, aligning production planning with supplier and customer needs.

You will work with freight forwarders and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation and cost-effective operations while supporting continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with suppliers, customers and service providers.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.
• Experience with international import/export, logistics and end-to-end supply chain processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export orders across Australia, New Zealand and Asia for efficient movement of products.
• Manage production planning, inventory replenishment and purchase orders to support availability.
• Coordinate international shipments, including freight bookings, documentation, customs and tracking.
• Build relationships with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders and internal stakeholders.
• Support supplier engagement activities, meetings, reviews and updates.
• Process and reconcile supplier, freight and logistics invoices with accurate data.
• Monitor inventory and shipment performance, resolving issues to minimise disruptions.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to boost efficiency and cost effectiveness.
