Job summary

Crestline Search is partnering with an established business to recruit a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound freight, 3PL providers, and order fulfilment across Australia and New Zealand. You will support day-to-day operations with a focus on accuracy and timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in logistics, experience with Cin7 or similar ERP/WMS, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouse teams while managing competing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in logistics, supply chain or warehousing.
• Experience with 3PL providers, carriers and freight forwarders.
• In-depth knowledge of inbound freight and import/export processes.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, Cin7 desirable.
• Strong Excel, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international freight bookings, shipments and deliveries.
• Track inbound freight, customs clearance and warehouse deliveries.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers and 3PL providers.
• Coordinate warehouse operations, stock transfers and order fulfilment across Australia and New Zealand.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve delays and fulfilment issues.
• Maintain inventory records, reconciliations and stock adjustments.
• Coordinate product returns, damaged stock and reverse logistics.
• Prepare logistics reports and monitor 3PL performance.
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve logistics processes.

About the Role

I am working with an established business to find a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating logistics operations, managing freight movements and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Working closely with the Logistics & Distribution Manager, you will support day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations across Australia and New Zealand. Your responsibilities will include coordinating inbound freight, managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, monitoring inventory and overseeing order fulfilment and returns.

The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while working with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse providers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Mandarin proficiency highly desirable.
