Job summary

Brickworks Building Products is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our Import & Export team in Horsley Park, NSW. You will coordinate international supply chain activities across Australia, New Zealand and Asia, driving production planning, PO management and freight logistics with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Working closely with suppliers, customers and freight forwarders, you will optimise inventory, monitor performance and support continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Experience in import/export, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Exposure to international freight and customs documentation is valued.
• Experience with inventory, purchasing and demand planning is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with suppliers and customers.
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export orders across Australia, NZ and Asia to ensure smooth flow.
• Manage production planning, inventory replenishment and PO processes.
• Coordinate international shipments, freight bookings, documentation and customs.
• Build relationships with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders and internal teams.
• Support supplier engagement activities including meetings and reviews.
• Process and reconcile supplier, freight and logistics invoices and maintain data.
• Monitor inventory, shipments and service performance to minimise disruptions.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in operations.
