Job summary

Psicro in Australia is seeking a knowledgeable Systems Engineer to join our global yet closely-knit Systems Development team. You will provide technical support for enterprise applications, troubleshoot issues, and participate in testing and implementation to ensure smooth operations.

The role covers Tier 2/3 support, installations of Tier 3/4 systems, training users, monitoring updates, and ensuring compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science/IT.
Solid technical background.
Experience supporting business applications or enterprise systems.
Experience with Jira Service Desk or Confluence is a plus.
Experience creating SQL queries and testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Service-oriented, customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for enterprise software packages.
Install Tier 3/4 information systems and train users.
Install and support specialized systems (e.g., warehouse systems).
Monitor software updates and recommend migrations when needed.
Study client IT equipment and provide user training and support.
Perform regular technical audits to ensure PSI standards compliance.
