Job summary

Education Centre of Australia (ECA) invites an International Recruitment Manager (Pathways & Professional) to Melbourne. You will work with the Head of Student Acquisition to develop and execute recruitment strategies for onshore and offshore markets, cultivating relationships with education and migration agents and tracking performance.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least three years in international student recruitment, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of qualifications, experience and training.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in international student recruitment, business development, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to build relationships across diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with education and migration agents to recruit students across Asia and other international markets.
• Support the Head of Student Acquisition in achieving recruitment targets across assigned markets.
• Utilise CRM systems to manage agent and student correspondence.
• Contribute to country-specific recruitment plans, including annual recruitment, marketing and engagement activities.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on recruitment performance, budgets, expenses and market insights.
• Coordinate recruitment activities to achieve targets within budgets and provide market intelligence for strategic decisions.
