Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build recruitment pathways through schools, TAFE, VET and university partners.
• Develop relationships that grow direct student applications and enrolments.
• Identify new markets, partnerships and opportunities for student growth.
• Work with internal stakeholders to shape recruitment strategies and pathways.
• Manage recruitment targets, budgets and partnership performance.
• Lead regional recruitment strategy across Australia and Oceania.
• Develop student acquisition channels.
• Establish partnerships with schools, higher education institutions and pathway partners.
• Oversee marketing activity related to recruitment and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Admissions, Marketing and Faculty teams.
• Strengthen Southern Cross University's presence in key markets.
• Use market intelligence and relationships to support recruitment outcomes.
