Southern Cross University is seeking a proactive leader to grow our international student recruitment across Australia and Oceania. You will shape regional strategy, build partnerships with schools, TAFE/VET providers and universities, and drive enrolment growth through targeted marketing and activity.

Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing and Recruitment, you will manage targets and budgets, collaborate with multiple teams, and travel regularly to engage with key partners.

Formación

• Experience in marketing, sales, recruitment, business development or education.
• Strong relationship management, networking and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to travel across Australia and Oceania.
• Commercial awareness, negotiation skills and a focus on achieving targets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional recruitment strategy across Australia and Oceania.
• Develop student acquisition channels and establish partnerships with schools, TAFE and VET providers, higher education institutions and pathway partners.
• Oversee recruitment targets, budgets, marketing activity and partnership performance to drive enrolment growth.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Admissions, Marketing and Faculty teams to identify opportunities and grow partnerships.
