Qualifications

• Proven experience in coordinating events or managing projects.
• Experience in high-volume, time-sensitive environments preferred.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and events in succession.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver student activities and events to support transition to study and life in Australia.
• Coordinate volunteers and student leaders for upcoming activities and programs.
• Host advisory sessions and refer students to support services.
• Lead delivery of orientation programs and large-scale events.
• Coordinate event logistics including catering, bookings, communications, and presentations.
• Support and train Student Leaders to ensure readiness for events.
