As a fully owned subsidiary of Monash University, the College serves as the principal gateway to the University for students.
As a Student Engagement Coordinator, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will design and deliver a wide range of high-impact activities and events that support students transitioning to living and studying in Australia. This includes coordinating student volunteers, hosting advisory sessions, referring students to relevant support services, as well as leading the delivery of large-scale events and multiple orientation programs - often running several major events within the same week.

You will also need to be comfortable navigating and integrating multiple systems, with a continuous improvement mindset that seeks out more efficient ways of working.
