Job summary

Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Program Manager for the AU Global Store to own the commercial levers that bring international products to Australian customers at the right price. The role requires 3+ years of program management, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial levers for Global Store, from identifying high-potential international selection, to building promotional and marketing strategy, to understanding and shaping pricing levers.
• Collaborate across teams including search, engineering, marketing, logistics, finance, and compliance across geographies.
• Use data to drive commercial outcomes: dive deep into metrics, build analyses, and track performance of initiatives you own.
• Navigate ambiguity across geographies, teams, and systems where processes aren’t defined yet.
• Embrace AI and new technologies to find faster, smarter ways to operate.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and prioritization.
