Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks a general manager to own the Australian 3P Marketplace, leading cross-functional teams across account management, program management, and seller operations. You will own a significant P&L, grow selection, and drive AI/automation-enabled operating models for rapid scale.

You will report to senior leadership, shape strategy, define the team, and deliver results with fast decision cycles and strong accountability in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience across multiple functions in a high-growth environment.
• Hands-on P&L ownership of a large, complex business in online commerce or marketplace industries.
• Demonstrated track record of scaling marketplace or e-commerce businesses with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven decision making.
• Experience building multi-year business strategies in fast-paced settings.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the Australia 3P Marketplace strategy and vision.
• Grow selection and drive seller acquisition, onboarding, and programs (FBA, Advertising, Brand Registry).
• Own end-to-end P&L and drive profitable growth.
• Lead negotiations with top brands and partnerships to expand 3P presence.
• Lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with regional/global teams to scale programs.
