Job summary

University of Sydney invites an experienced International Development and Sponsorships Manager to lead the growth of the University’s sponsorship portfolio and international student enrolments. You will oversee a small team, build strong relations with sponsors, embassies and government bodies, and drive strategic partnerships that support the internationalisation strategy.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to grow sponsored student enrolments and expand the sponsorship portfolio.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with sponsors, government agencies, embassies and scholarship bodies.
Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team delivering exceptional service and growth.
Act as primary liaison with sponsors and government stakeholders on strategic sponsorship matters.
Identify emerging market opportunities and deliver business development initiatives.
Represent the University locally and internationally through partnerships and events.
