Toyota Automated Logistics in Melbourne seeks a Service Integration Engineer to join the Global Service Desk, supporting warehouse automation and software solutions worldwide.

The role involves investigating incidents, coordinating with software, infrastructure, and database teams across Australia and Europe, and ensuring reliable customer operations under ITIL processes. Hybrid work and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• Experience in Application Support, Systems Support, Infrastructure Support, Enterprise Software Support, or a similar technical support environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate complex technical issues beyond first-line support.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications, enterprise systems, or technology platforms.
• Understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

• Support business-critical warehouse automation systems and software applications for customers across the globe.
• Investigate incidents and service disruptions, performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying issues.
• Analyse logs, system data, and application behaviour to diagnose complex technical problems.
• Coordinate with software, infrastructure, database, and technical specialist teams across Australia and Europe.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes in line with ITIL processes and best practice.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives that enhance system reliability and customer performance.
