Job summary

Breville is seeking a Research Operations Coordinator to keep the research engine running—coordinating recruitment, managing participant panels, vendors and research documentation. The role reports to the Head of Research and is based at our Alexandria head office on a fixed-term 12 month, part-time basis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a research operations, market research coordination, project coordination, or administrative support role.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent timelines and competing priorities.
• Comfortable coordinating with participants and external vendors in a professional and timely manner.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around compliance, data handling, and documentation.
• Experience with panel, CRM, or survey platforms is a plus, but not essential - training will be provided.
• AI fluency - comfortable using tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to support day-to-day research operations tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Participant Management - Coordinate participant recruitment across key research projects including Focus Groups, Field Trials and Home Visits globally.
• Panel Management - Grow and refresh our consumer panel, and maintain accurate, up-to-date panel data and records.
• Vendor Management - Maintain relationships with existing research vendors and support the setup of new vendors as required.
• Legal & Data Compliance - Manage NDAs for research participants, ensure data handling meets internal compliance requirements, and handle data requests.
• Process Documentation - Maintain research templates and process documentation so the wider research team can work efficiently and consistently.
• Research Repository & Knowledge Management - Maintain a central home for past research findings, ensuring insights are properly organised and shared.
