Job summary

GenesisCare is seeking a highly organised Research Operations Analyst to join our Research team on a part-time 6-month contract, three days per week, with remote Australia-wide work flexibility. You will support research systems, data quality, reporting, and process improvements across Research, IT, Finance and Data teams.

Reporting to the Research Operations lead, you will provide first-line system support, help with UAT and releases, develop Power BI dashboards, monitor data integrity, and

Qualifications

• Qualifications in information systems, business analytics, data analytics, health information management, health sciences or clinical research.
• Experience supporting business, operational, clinical or research systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to resolve user issues.
• Experience with reporting tools, data analysis or business intelligence platforms.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and follow tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for research systems, reporting and user access issues.
• Manage and prioritise operational system enhancements and change activities.
• Support user acceptance testing, defect resolution, validation activities and system releases.
• Maintain testing records, validation documentation and release notes.
• Produce routine operational, financial and research reports for stakeholders.
• Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Perform data quality reviews, reconciliations and data integrity checks.
• Deliver onboarding and training for research system users.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
