Job summary

Breville is seeking a Research Operations Coordinator to join the Global Product Research team at our head office in Alexandria on a fixed-term 12-month basis, three days per week. You will coordinate participant recruitment, manage our CMNTY panel, and maintain vendor relationships while ensuring compliant data practices and well-organised documentation.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable supporting researchers across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a research operations, market research coordination, project coordination, or administrative support role.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent timelines and competing priorities.
• Comfortable coordinating with participants (members of the public) and external vendors in a professional and timely manner.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around compliance, data handling, and documentation.
• Experience with panel, CRM, or survey platforms is a plus, but not essential - training will be provided.
• AI fluency - comfortable using tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to support day-to-day research operations tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Participant Management — Coordinate participant recruitment across key research projects including Focus Groups, Field Trials and Home Visits globally.
• Panel Management — Grow and refresh our consumer panel, and maintain accurate, up-to-date panel data and records.
• Vendor Management — Maintain relationships with existing research vendors and support the setup of new vendors as required.
• Legal & Data Compliance — Manage NDAs for research participants, ensure research data handling meets internal compliance requirements, and handle participant data requests.
• Process Documentation — Maintain research templates and process documentation so the wider research team can work efficiently and consistently.
• Research Repository & Knowledge Management — Maintain a central home for past research findings, ensuring insights are properly organised, easily accessed and appropriately shared.
